When we started Radish, one of our founding ideas was to try as much as possible to work with people we actually like. That means we have a lot of respect for each other and fun together as a team, and we also care about who we work with when it comes to clients. Making a living is fun if you’re doing great work, but better when you also enjoy the people you’re working with.
